I have used this product on my athlete's foot, as well as, to prevent athlete's foot. It does a great job of clearing up athlete's foot effectively and quickly. I won't say it will do it in record time, but nonetheless it is a great product. I have also used it to spray into my socks to prevent athlete's foot as well and it does a great job in this capacity. I would say that it does a better job than Dr. Scholl's does. I have not tried any other brands besides Dr. Scholl's and Ting, so I cannot say how it would stack up to those. I definitely recommend it. As I do not get jock itch I cannot say how it works for that hehe.
