Works ok...but OWWWWW! May 19, 2011
By PhotoGirl
""C""
I did the usual test with this product to make sure I wouldn't be allergic or get a rash, and was fine. Now, I have dark/super coarse hair so I was pleasantly surprised when the cream actually took off a good amount. When I actually sat down to take care of the entire area, rather than just a spot, I left the cream on for the same amount of time (8 minutes - it takes that long for coarser hair). I didn't experience any burning while the cream was on, but when I gently washed the area clean the most INTENSE burning started. It is now 24 hours later and the pain is immense. I must have gotten a chemical burn down-there. While I recommend the product because it works, the pain i'm in definitely isn't worth it. I don't know why it didn't burn the first time around when I tested it, but now I look like my binkini line has a horrible sunburn. Owwwww! And now that it's the second day, I also notice that not as much hair was removed this time either...all that pain for nothing!

Nair bikini cream is great. Jan 07, 2010
By S. McCowen The Nair Vanilla Smoothie Bikini Cream is great. I've tried the sensitive skin formula and it didn't work at all, but this one does. It's the only cream that will work on me (I have thick hair).

To avoid burn, do not apply twice Aug 23, 2011
By Bing Sun Although the product instruction says you can re-apply if you are not happy about the result after your first layer of cream, I do not recommend re-applying.
When I used it the first time, after I wiped off the first round of cream and removed hair, I applied another layer of cream to get rid of some small patches that I didn't cover well in the first round. Soon enough I started to feel burning and pain. Immediately I wipe off this layer and I saw blood spot on the cotton pads I used. If you think about it, when you apply the first layer, some hair gets resolved by the chemical and the pores get exposed. When you apply the second layer, these harsh chemicals can easily gets into those exposed pores and cause damage. I don't know if this is the way it caused my bleeding the first time, but in the future I would just apply a thick layer to get the job done and will never opt for a second round for leftovers.

Pretty Good =] Apr 22, 2011
By Breezie This product is not excellent but it's good. It worked for me...just as long as you put a thick layer on, it works. Also, leave it on for 5-7 minutes rather than 3. I probably will buy more!

Got to be better stuff Oct 31, 2011
By R. Becerra Jr. First off YES! I'm male, and i know it a bikini cream, but damn it i like a clean area to!
But that's not the point. Although the products claims to remove hair and not cause irritation, it failed to do both. It did remove some hair, but left patches of hair everywhere, and to top it off, a nice red burning area... instead of trimming up the patches i decided to give it one last shot a week later and BAM!!! same story, patches and red burning area.
2 star product, only because it at-least removed about 1/6th of the hair in the area each attempt.
