My intent on purchasing this product was to slough off dry skin and smooth the knees, elbows and heels before using the Neutrogena Tanning Mist. Well, there are not enough "particles" in the scrub to make it worth while. My bath-scrubbie with soap works better than this and I was looking for something a bit more 'abrasive' than my scrubbie. I would not recommend this product if you need it to do the jobs mentioned.
