I ordered these because in our house everyone seems to like different firmness for the toothbrushes used. These arrived today and are "all in one" so that all six of the toothbrushes we received are billed as being just like a "firm, medium or soft" when in fact each toothbrush head is exactly the same and seems to have one row if each type of bristle. VERY VERY ANNOYING. I do not recommend this product.
For the record, yes, I opened and used one before I wrote this and I am very disappointed. I am the one in the family that uses "soft" bristle brushes and this felt just like a brand new soft bristle brush. My husband, who likes firm bristles, will not like these. I will end up donating them.

This is one of the best toothbrushes I've ever used. I need an extra soft toothbrush because my teeth are very sensitive. When I use one I feel like my teeth don't get clean. This toothbrush, however, with its combination of bristles and gum protectors is just what I need. My teeth get clean, my gums are fine and brushing doesn't hurt my teeth. My only wish was that you could get them all in one color, blue preferably.
