 No oily residue! May 24, 2011

I really like these--and I have tried many others. What impresses me most is that I don't have to deal with that oily residue that most other makeup remover pads leave behind. I find it harder to remove the oily residue and if you don't get it all off, it can adversely affect your makeup the next day--mascara and eyeliner runs and smudges, etc. I guess I haven't had the problems other people are finding with waterproof mascara, etc. I find that it does remove that. I just leave the pads on my lashes a little longer, soak them well, etc., before I start wiping off the mascara. It works for me.

I have been using these pads for years to remove eye makeup. They work great. I keep a container in the shower so the water softens the mascara. It just comes right off with the pad. Then I rinse my face to remove any of the chemical from my eyes, otherwise, my eyes tend to water. I do think they are a little too expensive.

I decided to give these a try after the price on my regular Neutrogena eye makeup remover pads was too high. The Almay pads are less than half the price, but each pad is super thin. I don't feel like its enough to really remove all of my eye makeup, and I don't wear a ton. They work, but I like the bigger thicker Neutrogena pads better. For the price though, these pads aren't too bad.

These pads are terrible. First there are tiny, so you need to use several to be able to clean on eye, and they DO NOT take make up let alone mascara out.
Do not waste your money with these. Really bad item.

This does not remove eye make up at all. I tried with 5 pads..........nothing.
It's absolutly useless, I threw the entire jar away.
