Mother of 3 highly recommends Aug 10, 2008 I am currently breastfeeding my third daughter and have tried many brands over the years. Curity have not only been more economical, but sturdy as well. I agree with the other reviewer who commented on the plastic backing. It really does stop leaks so much that it's hard to tell when your pad is really soaked and needs changing. Also, they are larger and cover more area so as not to show through your shirt as much. I highly recommend any new moms to give them a try :)
Great nursing pads for home! Jul 04, 2008 I found these nursing pads economical, but only use them around the house, as I feel they are thicker than some on the market (Lansinoh and Medela). They absorb quite a lot, but you will feel the wetness against your body if you are prone to much leakage! Overall, great nursing pads when you're not going out!

Best out there Oct 16, 2007 I've used these with both of my kids. I have a newborn and thought I would save money buy using washables by Medela and Gerber. I leak through them or I leak down. But with Curity unless my son missed a feeding in the middle of the night I don't leak. I can feel when it is over worked and I change it and I'm good to go.

bad nursing pad Aug 29, 2007 I would not recomment this pad. I usually wake up during the night and the milk already soaked my bra even though it is thicker than others. Don't buy it.

#1 BEST NURSING PADS EVER!!!! ^_^ Jun 22, 2007
These really are the BEST NURSING PADS EVER!!! I'm a Mother of five. I had my first little one in 1997, and have tried just about every nursing pad out there, even the reuseable ones.
I really don't know how anyone else is able to use any other nursing pad! Perhaps the other ones are made for Mothers who only kind of "dribble"? I on the other hand, really leak! Especially if its my babies feeding time and they don't feel like nursing just yet! ^_^ (It has been the same nursing experiance for me with each of my children) I also really leak when the baby is feeding on one side, then my other side just starts going! ^_~
These are the best because they are the only nursing pads (that I have seen!) that actually have a plastic like backing! Which protects against the leakage. ALL OTHER pads SAY their backs protect against leakage, but for me, they NEVER did! The other backs all seem to be made out of the same material as the rest of the pad itself! So what happens!? Well, duh! After the milk hits the back, you get wet! Your bra, clothes and anything else in the way! The same thing goes for the washable/reusable ones. You might as well use a rag or wash cloth! Since they'll have the same effect!
(Of course you have to change them when they become saturated. Then of course they will leak. But its the same as changing a Kotex. You know when enough is enough and its time to change it. Let's use common sense here. ^_~).
If you buy Curity, you won't regret it! ^_^
