I purchased this product for it's price since it was cheaper than purchasing the regular Nair. I figured it would work the same, but I was obviously wrong. This removes much less hair than regular Nair and you have to constantly reapply over and over again unless you want to end up with patches of hair all over your body. The regular Nair left my skin smooth for a couple of days while my hair started to grow back immediately when using this. It was basically the same as shaving. The four minute advertising seems false to me because you have to add at least two minutes to that so the product actually takes effect and even then it isn't guaranteed to work properly. The only reason I didn't give this product one star was because it was cheaper than the regular(now I know why) and I didn't really feel any discomfort using it. Just stick to the original Nair and avoid this mess.

I have purchased many hair removal products in the past, the most recent being Balms Balm. I honestly purchase these products for use in my groin area. I have used regular Nair as well with no success. I used this product while stationed in Korea and used it again the other day here in Afghanistan and it worked perfectly. The bottle says not for use in your groin area but this product not only worked there where countless others have failed for me, but there was no redness, burning or itching afterwards. If your like me and nothing else has worked, try this product. I am giving it 4/5 stars because of the price.

I had used the same products before, but they were 10 minutes effect and this was 4 minutes. So, I tried. All, I can say is besides extra burning sansation, no real difference between this an the other product. I give it a 2 star for the fact that 4 minutes to me was a false advertisement.

Prior to buying this product I had always used veet and felt that I should try and give Nair a chance, especially since it was cheap and it was for men (I'm a girl, so I figured that guy leg hair tends to be thicker so logically it should work on my thin hair.
However, I have found myself disappointed in literally every single category when it comes to this product, other than the smell (which is better than others that I have smelled), this product is absolute crap. It claims to work in 4 minutes however, I have experimented with it and have found that I need to leave i on for at least 6 1/2 minutes, and that's just to get most of it off. For some reason no matter how long I leave the product on I always have to reapply to get rid of a path of hair, which practically doubles the amount of time I need to spend getting rid of my leg hair.
In addition, every single time I used this product my calves become extremely irritated, I do have somewhat sensitive skin, but even with normal Veet my legs never got irritated to the same extent as with this product. With Veet maybe only a small portion of my legs got a little bit itchy, but with this my entire calves get ridiculously itchy.
WARNING wash off deodorant before use Aug 31, 2011

Second time using this product and the difference was I did not wipe down the areas with soap and water first. Anywhere where I apply deodorant this not only did not work but has a minor chemical burn. Everywhere else hair is gone and no irratation. This is not in the warnings so just a heads up.
