My trusty friend! Dec 12, 2007

Neutrogena Healthy Defense Daily Moisturizer, SPF 45 is what I put on last under my makeup before I head out the door each door. It's my trusty friend and I feel good using it. It gives great sun protection for my melasma-prone skin. It's gentle, not too greasy, easily absorbs into the skin, and really keeps my dry skin moisturized. I've been using it for about 4 years, after I ran out of my usual Lancome moisturizer. I never returned to Lancome because Neutrogena gives me the same benefits for a better price. My friends always comment on how healthy and glowy I look, not to mention I look ten years younger than my age..hee hee..

Excellent moisturizer Jul 15, 2007
By Hope I needed a high SPF with a good moisturizer as well. This product is the best particularly if you live in a tropical climate year round. My Dermatologist recommends it highly!

Less layers on my face Jul 23, 2007
By J. Martin I'm happy with this product -- I live in Florida and spend much time in the sun -- Wanted an easier way to moisturize and protect my face -- After learning rapidly after first use - DON'T GET NEAR EYES - this has worked well -

Untinted Feb 07, 2009
By Steve L. Pelletier The SPF 30 version of this product comes in two varieties; tinted and untinted. I was not able to determine from the description here on Amazon which this SPF 45 item would be so I had to wait until it was delivered to be sure. It was untinted.

Great even for medicated, sensitive skin Feb 21, 2008
By Linda S I started using this while on Accutane and it worked great! I think a lot of the dryness during accutane is exacerbated by exposure to the sun, even in the car. Before using this product, my skin actually felt warmer in the sun. It is hard to find in stores probably because it sells out. The shelf tag is there, but not product...
Non-greasy, absorbs really well. Even if I forget to wash my face at night, still feels as though nothing is on it, and I use a lot. My face actually looks a little white right when I put it on and then it sinks in and disappears.
