Best out there! Sep 19, 2008
By Anon I've tried pretty much every eye product out there and spent hundreds of dollars on various products (rather ashamed of this but I'm being honest). Having horrible dark circles under your eyes runs in my family due to allergies and various over reasons. Most dermatologists will tell you that you just have to live with dark circle because there isn't much that can be done. Some products are actual skin lighteners which bleach the skin and maybe if your problem isn't as chronic as mine but your under eye skin is very sensitive and thin. The Neutrogena Radiance Boost Eye Cream is the only product I've tried that makes any visible difference. (Caudalie makes an eye cream that makes your eyes feel really good after a rough night but no visible difference.) This one visibly makes your eye area look healthy and bright. The effect isn't huge but is far greater than anything else I've tried. It works great at reducing puffiness while restoring the natural firmness of the under-eye area. It works fairly well on the dark circles, more on the circle park than the dark. It is not an anti-wrinkle cream so no effect there. You should be careful not to use too much (this actually reduces the effectiveness) and don't let it build up over time. Oh and to be fair I guess the Garnier Nutritioniste caffine eye stick works a little, caffine does increase blood flow to skin but its not much of an effect (but the cold silver ball on applictor does feel really nice on tired eyes). This Neutrogena one, however, far outperforms the rest. A girl in one of my classes told me that all the girls in her dorm use it to recover after all night binges, I cant speak for that but for my slightly older skin it seems to work quite well.

Good with dark circles, but... Feb 03, 2006

Not moisturizing enough for me. I like to blend it with Neutrogena Healthy Skin eye cream for added moisturizing and anti-aging benefits.

Great eye cream! May 21, 2008

I really, really like this eye cream. I use it before putting on concealor to moisturize my eye area and to help with my (slightly) dark circles and puffiness. This works really good and is fairly inexpensive compared to other eye creams. The one thing I really like about this is that it isn't very oily. I'm 23, and tend to break out fairly easily, and this moisturizes without leaving my eye area oily or clogging my pores. I definitely recommend this if you are looking for a good eye cream.

Just as Good as the more Expensive stuff Feb 25, 2008

I have been using this for a few months and do notice a difference in the dark circles around my eyes. I don't have real bad "shiners" but this cream has faded the bluish areas under my eyes. This is just as good as Bliss All Around Eye Cream at about 1/3 of the price.

Disappointed Nov 17, 2009

I have trouble sleeping so I purchased this eye cream to help eleviate the dark circles that I sometimes get. Like most of the other eye creams that I have tried this one gives the same result which is to irritate my eyes. The effects were worse than one of my allergy attacks with burning, itching and redness. I would not recommended this product for people with sensitive skin or eyes.
