3Don't buy them from AMERICARX buy from Amazon  Aug 19, 2011
By M&M Total Body Improvement
WARNING:

These cold packs stay cold for a good amount of time and if you buy the 4 pack you can definitely rotate the item.

Major problem with AMERICARX - be careful who you buy these products from on Amazon.com's website. I bought these products first from the cheapest 3rd party supplier AmericaRx and they shipped them to me which took a while. I received the products and say they were stamped 2010-05 which is the expiration date meaning these items were almost years old and there was severe discoloration the ice packs were light light blue. They made up excuses and said they had to check with their inventory which they did and concluded their whole inventory was messed up and that they would not be able to send me out a replacement. I got refunded however I left them negative feedback because they refused to remove the product from their items for sale which is wrong because so many people will not notice that the ice packs are so old. I only realized it because when shipping took too long I went to Staples and bought one & that ice pack was a dark blue and said 2016-02.

I bought this product next from Amazon themselves not a 3rd party vendor and was completely happy. I had a small mishap where for some odd reason I was only sent 1 ice pack instead of 4 but they quickly overnight the rest of the ice packs the next day and all is well. They are stamped 2016-03 and are the blue color they are suppose to and work just fine. Thank you Amazon!

5Sturdy, cost-effective, stays cold  Oct 25, 2010
By Karen Solomon Dunn "Homebody"
I've purchased several brands of ice packs now. These little packs have proved quite sturdy. With Amazon's Subscribe-and-Save price, they are also affordable. I can put 3 into a gallon-sized Zip-lok bag and it becomes a decent-sized ice pack for my back or knee. With a dozen of these, I can refreeze 6 while I keep 6 on my various aches, and they stay cold for about an hour.
ColPac brand offered a colder pack, but ColPac's very expensive packs invariably started leaking after a month, so I'll stick with Nexcare!

1Not the product advertised  Jul 22, 2011
By redfeet
The description says it comes with covers with adjustable straps. This is NOT the case. It comes with the cheap gauze-like covers instead of those, for which I specifically purchased the item. I even tried two different vendors to see if maybe one of them made a mistake, but both had the cheap covers included.

4Ice pack  Feb 02, 2010
By K. COFIELD "moneysaver"
Works great and is flexible but doesn't stay frozen long. Comes in a pack of four so it's okay but each one stays frozen for about 30 minutes. The flexible part is great for neck.

5Nexcare Reusable Cold Pack, 1-Count Boxes (Pack of 4)  Jan 13, 2012
By Maki
Seller: AmericaRx

I frequently get headaches (including migraines), and I feel the Nexcare cold packs are among the best quality wise.

For the past several years I've been unable to find this product in stores, so I was thrilled to it here on Amazon.
