 You Get What You Pay For Apr 29, 2008
Usually, I like Olay products. I use their moisturizers pretty much exclusively since I think most department store brands are over priced for what you get - and I really don't like to waste my money.
That said, Olay missed the mark with this particular product. It's too watery and doesn't really seem to do my skin any good.
I really like the "spa" experience of a real clay mask because they really do totally suck up all the dirt and oils from your face. Other products, like the Apothecary Blend brand of clay masks do a much better job of "deep cleansing".
Save your money and buy something that will actually work.

For the first 3 minutes of the 1st time I ever used this mask, I felt a burning sensation, but even so, I didnt't wash it off and let it dry. After I washed it off, I noticed it didn't irritate my skin. The burning sensation never repeated in the following applications. I use it 2x a week or more and it deeply cleanses my very oily skin and tightens my pores. I highly recommend it. It's a must have for people who have oily skin. It's a clay(good for the skin) mask, it has a pleasant scent, and the price is great-under 10 dollars(comparing to other very expensive brands). After washing my face with this clay mask, I put on other products I normally use, and then I put on a non-oily instant face lift and it tightens my pores even more! I love all of Olays products, especially the foaming wash, bar soap-age defying, body lotion and this clay mask. I'll definitely have to try their face lift.

The product seems ok, but it seemed more watery than it did when purchased in the stores.

My husband & I both Love this product. I bought the last one at a grocery store & was unable to find it again until checking Amazon. I buy them in the 3-pack. It leaves your face clean & tingling after use. Really cleans your pores. My husband enjoys using it just as much as I do. Great Product!!

Tightens pores, easily washes off Sep 07, 2007
My husband and I recently started using this mask once a week. We both like it a lot. It goes on smoothly, and then it dries where your face feels really compressed. It tingles deeply, almost like a burn, but somehow it is pleasant. Then you wash it off and your face is soft and smooth.
We use it only once a week since we both have normal to oily skin without acne. I think it might be too drying if used more often. It helps the pores look smaller.
I tell my husband to not move his face around while it is drying as you don't want the mask to crack. I suggest to use a scrub before applying this product to get a deeper feeling clean. And with the scrub, not to rub too hard as it can damage your skin, the grittiness of the scrub will do the job, not the pressure of your fingers.
