I have been shaving for over 45 years. I've used Norelco, Remingon, Braun, Emerson, and Panasonic electric razors and blade razors, with one to four blades, from Bic, Gillette, and Schick. These Old Spice Navigator razors are by far the most comfortable razors I've ever used and they give the best shave. They consist of a handle, with a battery inside, and three razor heads that twist onto the handle. Once the razor head is in place, you turn on the razor by twisting the base of the handle. The blade begins to vibrate at a high rate of speed. The package says the razor heads and handle will last for a month of shaves. I put on a new head after 10 shaves but the blades are still sharp when I replace them.
The shave is very smooth and I have never cut myself with this razor. I get the best shave I've ever had. In the past, I would occasionally cut myself with blade razors and get little irriation bumps on my chin so I could only shave with a blade once a week. With the Navigators, I have never cut myself and I have never gotten the irriation bumps. I use these razors twice a week. The shave is so close, I use an electric razor the other days.
I originally purchased four of these razors for me and my son at a discount store, but my son liked them so well he's stolen my stash of them.
I've seen other reviews of this razor that question their "greenness." I could care less. I want a close, smooth comfortable shave and these Navigators provide that better than any other razor, electric or blade, that I've ever used.

I purchased this item based on the other reviews but I just have to say it was really nothing special. It did not give me a better shave than the standard throw away I have been using. What I can say is the built in battery did last the entire time that the products states it will for the massaging shave. However I really did not see any benefit from it. To each his own on this one.

Ditto to what Happy said. I just found this product and found it to be the best most comfortable shave Ever.
