During my time in the military I learned to avoid most scented body products. In those days I was interested in avoiding detection while on missions.
Later in my life I discovered that the body products that provide scent often have harsh chemicals that cause my skin to fester. I decided that having a scent was not worth the trouble.
Then I discovered Mennen Afta. Mennen Afta Clear Shave has a peasant scent but is gentle on skin. Unlike other products I tried, Afta actually refreshes my face instead of irritating it. The skin conditioners in Afta seem to work. It is more like a healing lotion than it is a shaving lotion.
I use Afta daily and I recommend this product.

First the bad news: Colgate no longer makes Afta Clear for Sensitive Skin.
But there is good news: It is available from Buythecase.net. There is a slight catch in that you have to buy a pack of 24, but it works out to about $2.50 per bottle, which has always been a fairly good price. And your supply can be set for awhile, at least; perhaps by the time the remainder is depleted, Colgate will begin producing again.

This is the best aftershave on the market. Great for sensitive skin have used it for two years but I cant find it locally was glad to find it here.

I have long used Afta Clear Shaving Lotion. It is just the best every day product of it's kind on the market.

For whatever reason, my husband has only used the Afta clear after shave for quite a few years. I believe the company that makes it has discontinued it. I was thrilled to be able to find a few more bottles for him to enjoy before he has to go to the trouble of finding another one that he likes (a very typical man, in that he really hates to shop).
