This product works okay on most make-up but not waterproof mascara. I have found the Best for Waterproof makeup is Maybeline. Maybeline Eye Make-up Remover does a great job quicker and does not need to be shaken like this does, this product separates.

I have only found 2 eye makeup removers that actually work well and this is the most economical of the two. It is unscented, does not leave any residue and actually removes all the eye makeup!
