Okay, so I'm kind of a snob when it comes to my hair products, mostly because I suffer from extremely dry hair. I'm used to $20-a-bottle moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, along with several high-end leave-in conditioning, anti-frizz, and shine products. I recently went on vacation and remembered everything except, of course, my precious conditioner. I ran to the drugstore, and this was the best replacement I could find. I was drawn by the gorgeous packaging, as well as the promise of moisturization -- and a little color improvement couldn't hurt either -- but I didn't expect it to be nearly as good as my normal conditioner. Boy, was I wrong! Along with my other products and shampoo, this conditioner worked wonders. After blow-drying, my hair looked perfect and frizz-free as it usually did, except there was one major difference. The dark blonde color, which sometimes looked brassy and boring, was a luminous, buttery shade of caramel that perfectly complemented my green eyes and unusually pale skin; and all of this was only $5! I know one thing: I'm never going back.
